I Heart Soweto – A Photo Tour
Written by Jaillan Yehia
The Soweto tour was the highlight of my trip to Johannesburg – interesting, educational, vibrant, eye-opening, and most of all, fun. Here I’m going to let the photos speak for themselves…

This lady saw us taking photos and asked if we would photograph her too, so let’s give her pride of place!

The most photogenic girl we met in 3 weeks of travelling South Africa!

It was so worthwhile going – just like any gathering of around 2 million people there is good and bad there, but this is one place where having a guide makes an enormous difference to your experience. I recommend that if you do find yourself in Johannesburg you see it for yourself.
